ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The positive - your breakfast quinoa bowl was good.
The negatives - I have six years as a Airbnb host and my reviews are stellar. So, when I phoned the first morning to tell you that there was blood stain on the inside of the duvet cover and you tell me that’s not possible, that’s not a sign of unprofessionalism. When my husband sat on the toilet the first morning and saw short hairs all over the floor I looked as well. I alerted you to that and you said, “you must have a dog in there”. You verbally accused me of that and I told you that was ridiculous. We don’t have a dog and wouldn’t travel with one if we did. If I had a dog, why would I ask you to come and see the hair on the floor? We found the same hair in the dresser drawer. I also alerted you to the fact the coffee maker was dirty.
So, it is very disturbing to first know that the cleaning wasn’t thorough, especially in a pandemic. We stayed because you did rectify the situation. I wouldn’t recommend you because you were rude. Making untrue accusations makes you unprofessional.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Be kind to guests; making false accusations makes you unprofessional.
Develop a better checklist for cleanliness like the hotel chains do.
