Room was dirty and we had to clean it before we brought our luggage in. Sheets and curtains were stained. Shower wouldn’t drain. Staff was RUDE and very unhelpful. Washer on premise ruined several articles of clothing. Everything was dirty and gross. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to clean the room before we even brought our things in. Awful experience.
