ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I had 2 reservations- one for 08/05-08/06 and second from 08/06-08/09. I informed about it representative at my check in. Next morning I went on the beach In Hyannis. Around a noon time I received a call from hotel and was asked why I didnt leave hotel, b/c check out time at 11 am. I told that I have another reservation, but rep told me that she has to look for it. After she found my reservation she stated that I have to change my room. I didnt want to change my room, b/ c its inconvenient and I wasnt informed about that. I was told that manager will call me back. When manager Kristine ( not sure about spelling) called me back, she was very rude and told If I not move my stuff will be taken out of my room, really???? I called Expedia to cancel my reservation and I received the conformation of cancellation
I travel a lot and I never had experience such that. My vacation was ruined completely
