We stayed here again in September and I’m making another reservation today for an October visit. In times of Covid especially, this place gets it right. It has all the expected things, comfy beds, great water pressure in shower, WIFI, no noise from neighboring rooms, but it has other things that we look for that are much harder to find!
Things we love here:
Windows that open all the way with perfect screens and cross breeze….so great when you don’t want or need the AC or heat on
The floor is wood laminate…..no carpeting hiding all kinds of icky things lol
Duvets instead of a bedspread with 3 nice bed pillows in pillow cases …..we all know hotels don’t wash bedspreads between every guest
NO decorative pillows…..this is a pet peeve..I can’t be the only person who knows that decorative bed pillows just end up on the floor and are not washed between guests
Outside entry and most with a little deck and chairs if you want to sit outside
A great menu for breakfast items, all done up in it’s own paper bag

It has all that AND its close to favorites like the Sandwich boardwalk, the Canal bike trail, Heritage Gardens, Amari restaurant, the donut truck by the ice cream store and Beth’s Bakery
