ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Our checking in was a little bit rude. The girl didn’t bother to ask how was our trip..just said that our credit card was denied. I immediately explained why this happened. She continued to explain breakfast and check out procedures in a hurry. She closed the little door where she was speaking from and that was it. It seemed that she was in a hurry but the office was open till 900pm and it was only 7pm.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Improve the check in process.. take it slower,, acknowledge the customer!I know we are dealing with covid but the clients are the ones waiting outside in the cold. Also is something that was order for breakfast is not available please let the customer know.
