ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I felt you went the extra as far as cleaning and updating. I am extremely picky when it comes to a place being clean. So that alone is a compliment.
However, I do think some things can be improved. You provide a whole kitchen but there are not many pans. We had only 4 forks (3 of which looked like you should feed a toddler with they were so small). The spoons were the same, one big, one med. and 2 small toddler like spoons. Why not give people a full set of silverware so we don’t have to wash them after each meal or tea. I was also very surprised not to have a coffee maker when we had a full kitchen. My husband is a coffee drinker. So he was so disappointed to have instant coffee. He got coffee from the front office each morning but was also disappointed because the size of the coffee he got didn’t even fill a mug (he poured it into one to microwave because it was too cool). Why not provide a nice size travel mug of coffee so people can enjoy it. Better yet provide a small coffee pot (we’d have gladly supplied our own coffee for it). I also brought cinn. bread to be toasted but there was no toaster ): I used the broiler to toast it so it worked out but most wouldn’t think to do that. A toaster in a full kitchen is expected. If you guys beefed up that kitchen people would be so much happier. I like to bring all my food when we vacation. Then we save money eating out and get healthier options. I’m guessing that if others are renting a whole kitchen they expect to use it too.
I would come back to your place in a heartbeat and also recommend it. The people on the phone from the office were kind and attentive. It was clean and comfortable and we loved Sandwich! What a great kept secrete :)
