Exceptional place to stay. I couldn’t believe the price when I saw it online, so I assumed it was going to be a “get what you pay for” situation but boy was I wrong. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The lot was beautiful and well taken care of; the color scheme was really modern and homey. The office was nice and smelled great, with a cold breakfast bar featuring fresh hard boiled eggs, cereals, baked goods, and all the fixings. There is a small laundry room - one washer, one dryer, and a vending machine with snacks, drinks and laundry soap - off the back that has a separate entrance so it can remain open 24/7. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with any and all problems.
The room (I stayed in a regular queen room) was clean and updated. There was a large TV on the wall, a mounted fan, a table and chairs, a lounge chair, two nightstands with outlets attached, a minifridge and freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, an air conditioner and a dehumidifier. The bathroom has a nice large tub and was very clean.
Across the street are two different ice cream shops. It’s near a small grocery store, some restaurants, the boardwalk, and a couple different beaches.
