Lovely, peaceful hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The landscaping was gorgeous and very uplifting. The selection of breakfast foods was excellent; the baked goods were especially delicious! We look forward to another stay in the future.

NEGATIVE:
we were unable to take a bath due to tub faucet not working per facility policy the tub faucet feature was turned off due to prior experiences with over overflown tub drawing. This was a major disappointment due to my elderly relative not being able to take a soak in a tub bath.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
I would recommend placing the broom in a more tucked off place in the room. I was happy it was there, but it was the first thing I saw when I opened the door. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed it.

We have stayed in 4 hotels on our 10 days off. Sandwich Inn &Suites by passes even the big hotels like BW, and Fairfield inn. We were in Rm#32 and having the kitchen was a plus.
Nice and quiet. We’ll be back.

Hire me and my wife to take care of the grounds, flowers, pool when it’s fixed and give us a room for the summer for pay. Both retired.

I had a full sized frig and it would have been nice to have the ice maker working. Otherwise, it was great.

Upon booking I was not told pool was not in working order. I wish I knew that ahead to time. Other than that everything was exceptional. Possibly a reduction in rate due to no pool would of been appreciated. Quote on line was 149 to 118 but paid $228.
Staff was welcoming and lovely.

Excellent stay, thank you! In cottage 30 the bedside lamp is a bit wonky and I’d suggest a bedside table beside each bed so that electronics (phone, tablet) can be charged more easily - everything else was terrific! Very cute motel!

Basically get bad review if they do not have a wifi that works. Theirs was about the worst.

We had a few issues with the room (lights, TV) which did end up getting fixed but the young lady at the desk (dark hair, pieced nose) was totally not helpful…she is a great excuse maker though.

the only thing that went wrong was a fire alarm malfunction that housekeeping eventually took care of. The maintenance guy did not show up as promised, but there were probably extenuating circumstances as they were very busy. In general the people keeping everything going were friendly and responsive to all our needs.

Can’t think of anything. You provide a pretty, welcoming peaceful place to spend in Sandwich, which is a lovely town. Enjoyed the beach and appreciated the advice given. I’ll enjoy the pool when it’s back up and running.

The floor wasn’t clean on the first day, nor any subsequent days of our stay. We asked to have the broken toilet seat repaired and it never was. And, our plastic cups were only replaced one time. Other issues - somewhat out of your control - we could hear our neighbors walking around…and snoring. We were in unit 25.
Very nice, comfortable accommodations. It’s tucked just off the road, in the woods. Our room was very clean and tidey. The only thing that was needed, was emptying the dehumidifier, which was nothing at all. The cable TV was a bit less than expected, bit we only watch TV to fall asleep to.
The grounds are beautiful, everything was manicured perfectly.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was great! The seating areas were also clean and tide.
We plan on bisiting again!

The rooms were clean and very cute, the staff was so nice, and the breakfast was so lovely. Overall you can tell the Inn is very well run. I don’t normally leave reviews, but we were very happy with our stay and I highly recommend!

Would love the outdoor pool at some point in future. Bagels and English muffins at breakfast seemed to have been sitting out and were hard. Hotel rooms also could have been better cleaned. The cleaning of rooms seemed average.
