ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The room was dirty. When you closed the bathroom door their was dust and hair buildup in the corner. The floor was extremely sticky and left a nasty residue on feet/ socks. The kitchen counter had crumbs left behind. When we went to use the dishes, they were dirty. That was the last draw. When we called the front desk to inform them that the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well the front desk attendant said, “well it’s not our fault if the last guests put the dishes away dirty”. Well actually, it is your responsibility to check the cleanliness of your rooms. I took it upon myself to take photo and am happy to send.
Amidst covid, I expect much more attention to detail and a larger effort be made to clean and sanitize the rooms. We were so tired when we had arrived that we didn’t have the energy to contest on the first day. Otherwise I would have asked for a refund and found a more suitable hotel.
